Hong Kong is one of the six major export destinations for precious jewelry worldwide, and the Hong Kong International Jewelry Show, with a 30-year history, is also a renowned international jewelry trade event in the industry. Statistics show that the total export value of precious metals, pearls, and gemstone jewelry from Hong Kong reached HKD 53 billion in 2013. The 30th Hong Kong International Jewelry Exhibition held in March attracted 3341 exhibitors from 49 countries and regions, and 42000 buyers from 138 countries and regions. The number of exhibitors and buyers has set new records in previous years. As the world’s second-largest jewelry exhibition, the Hong Kong International Jewelry Exhibition has entered its 30th edition. In addition to attracting more exhibitors and buyers, the exhibition also responds to market needs by adding a “Small Batch Procurement Zone” to display jewelry available for small batch procurement. The minimum order quantity ranges from 5 to 500 pieces, with each product priced below $1000.
